students

well the students have been back at the university where i work now for a few weeks and are settling into student life again some are okay but some are so twatty its unreal, the other day a student was standing infront of a automatic door and to be fair some of the automatic doors at the university are a bit wonky at the best of times and at the lake side of the university the doors are all automatic apart from the student shop, and the car park side the doors are 24 hour card access,

the other day one student was standing at one of the doors and sometimes the sensor dont catch you right away and you have to move infront of it again to make the door open, so what did this student do??? just stand in front of the door without moving again till i come along student said why isnt this door opening i said just walk to the side and it should open, student said ah ive not tryed that and when the door opened students face went quite bright red, its not happened once its happened a few times, also what they tend to do is force the doors open if they dont open quick enough,

the other day one student tryed to force a opening door open and the door swung back shut and almost knocked the silly sod out the student did look a bit dazed and the student looked at me with a puzzled face i just laughed at meself in amuzement, think we have a thick breed of student this year,

also ive found out that a lot of our students talk with a sucky fake posh accent, caught one girl out the other day, she was talking on her phone yesterday all posh and arsey then next she went back to her proper accent which was southern sommerset, then when her friends came to meet her she went back to being all arsey posh, but you could see she was finding it hard to keep the arsey posh accent on, i dont know students hey

also the 1st couple of weeks you find that everyone at the university get colds and look rough as fuck, but by the end of the the 1st month everyones better, lucky me ive not had anything like a cold yet this year but iam being good iam keeping meself wraped up warm these dark evenings and when ever its cold,
