new year cold start

I was ment to have done this post a couple of days ago but happy new year all hope everyone has all recovered i wasnt to bad new years day a little tired maybe but nothing major tho, at this time of year people are on about making resoultions and what ever, iam not bothering this year as like me many people fail but this year iam making a couple of little changes to my life style



one is to kinda stop drinking i will only now have a beer on special occations like when i meet dinners for a beer or 2 which looks like its going to be end of the month, but one reason iam doing this is cos i now dont drink as much as i used to, i used to go out for a drink 5 to 6 times a week, and yes iam was a big drinker i could sink 6 pints a night no problems and at weekends anything upto and over 10 but over the last 2 years i realy have cut it right down i go out once a week maybe twice and when i do go for a pint these days i wake up feeling crap and most the next day is all but wasted while iam recovering,



and before anyone sugests trying hangover cures or what ever ive tryed and nothing seems to work, like i say iam not totaly quitting having a beer but will only drink once and a while i did stop drinking once before i did it for 8 months, but i did start again, drinking these days for me isnt just to get drunk like it once was its more a socail thing see me mates at the pub for a hour or 2 catch up with what me mates have done during the week gamer of pool and a laugh and take the piss out of each other if the ocation arises



plus this year i want to lose that final bit of weight so a tweak here and there to my diet nothing drasic but needs to be done, and also try and get my sleepig pattern sorted as its realy crap at the mo, iam finding iam waking up when i want but the getting out of bed is the hard bit, i normaly say 10 more mins and when i next wake up ive had another hour or 2 in bed so hopefully i can sort that our think ive found a way to get me out of bed just move my alarm clock to the other side of the room so i have to get out of bed to turn it off rather than just extend my arm out lets see hey
